Ryan Coe, C.O.E. Home Health

AWARDED HONORARY CHAIRMAN BY THE NRCC

AND ATTENDED THE PRESIDENTIAL DINNER

Washington D.C. 6/18/2008 – The Executive Committee of The Business Advisory Council of the President of the United States selected Ryan Coe, local business owner of C.O.E. Home Health to attend the Presidential Dinner held in Washington D.C. last Wednesday, June 18th.

After receiving a phone call a few weeks ago from Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson, Mr. Coe accepted an invitation from the senator to honor the state of Texas by sitting  on the Small Business Council and represent small business owners, in particular, healthcare providers.

Ryan and his wife, Gennie, attended the two day event.  Ryan was honored with a Congressional Medal of Distinction, at a special reception as a way of saying “thank you” for his service.

The Coes were also treated to an excursion aboard the luxury ship, Odyssey III, to view Washington’s famous monuments. This was an intimate gathering of the Who’s Who of Republican Business Leaders.  They had the honor of being seated with Congressman Joe Barton for dinner as they enjoyed President George W. Bush’s farewell dinner with Republican Members of the House and State.

It truly was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the Coes to have been invited to such an event.  After tirelessly working to open their Home Health business in 2007 and speaking to many congressman and senators along the way, their voices were finally heard.
